Designing
With Passion

Where
It Started

HaloRC began back in 2016 with the release of our first frame, the Archon. From day one, we've designed gear with a difference. We don't see the point in creating cookie-cutter frames like many other manufacturers.

Instead, we think outside the box, pioneering our own design concepts and investing the time to develop them properly. Our ultimate goal is to engineer unique FPV products and camera gear that set the benchmark for the market. Every product we release is ruthlessly tested by expert pilots to ensure it meets our uncompromising standards.

Trusted by professional pilots and cinematic creators worldwide. We treat every single product—whether it's a tiny 3D-printed mount or a flagship cinematic drone—with the exact same obsession for performance and detail.

Rigorous Testing

The FPV industry moves fast, so we engineer our gear to survive it. By running our prototypes through extreme real-world testing with expert pilots, we ensure our frames and electronics can withstand the toughest flights.

Rooted in Cornwall

Proudly based in the rugged Southwest of England. Our studio in Cornwall is where cutting-edge design meets precision manufacturing. We work hard to ensure your experience is as seamless as the drones we engineer.

Behind The Scenes

Chris 'Bludz' Olah

Lead Designer & Owner

Hi, I'm Chris Olah (AKA Bludz FPV). With over 15 years of experience as a graphic designer and specialist printer, I discovered FPV back in 2015 and was instantly obsessed. Growing up during the 90's extreme sports boom, freestyle flying brought back a lot of nostalgic memories, and the accessible tech completely hooked my inner nerd.

Coming from a family of mechanical engineers, I quickly saw the vast possibilities in drone frame design. Having only ever worked in 2D, I taught myself 3D CAD to bring my concepts to life. What started as a personal passion project rapidly evolved into HaloRC, thanks to the massive encouragement from friends and family.

Over the years, I've developed numerous unique concepts into finished, high-performance products. Engineering gear has been a lifelong dream of mine, and I design with immense passion. I hope that translates into every product we make, so you can enjoy using them as much as I do creating them.

Owen 'Knighthawk' Knight

Lead Race Tester

Owen is one of the fastest race pilots in the UK. With great knowledge and understanding of what makes a good race setup perform well on the track, Owen is our go-to test pilot for everything related to FPV racing.

Sam 'Tubemaster' Davies

Pro Freestyle & Racing

An experienced pilot local to us here in Cornwall. Sam flies a lot of both freestyle and racing and is a seasoned pro pilot, but we feel that his main talents lie in his freestyle skills. Super smooth and fast style flown at lots of amazing spots.

Andrew Lawrence

Cinematography Expert

Andrew brings his expertise in cinematography and experience in using FPV in mainstream video shoots. Probably most well known (...and envied) for being the drone pilot for Top Gear, and getting to shoot in most episodes of the recent seasons.

Neil 'NJ Tech' Jones

Veteran RC Pilot

Neil has been with HaloRC since the beginning, he was part of the catalyst that set us on the path to design frames. Neil has been an RC pilot for decades, planes, 3D helis and now FPV.
